Bathe yourself in the light
Did you take the time to bathe yourself in the light today? With an online business, I can work anywhere, and yet I spend most of the day indoors.
It’s the same even now while I’m visiting my husband’s family home in the mountains of Hiroshima. There is always one more dish to wash, cupboard to wipe down, floor to sweep, or towel to fold. I forget to go outside and sit in the sun. I forget to breathe in the trees and listen to the birds.
Today I will make time to go outside and bathe in the light.
