If you are ready to stand and speak your truth, then you can simply begin.
As obvious as that sounds, it has taken years to sink in and accept. I was waiting for someone to grant me certification or permission.
If you, too, have been waiting for the green light to go, then I urge to begin. Here is the reminder I give myself whenever I begin to write…

Begin by sharing your observations of the day. Just share. There is no question about whether or not to do it rather when to begin. This is your choice. If you are ready, then you begin. If you do not feel ready, then you do not need to begin.
You do not need to aim for perfection. Instead aim for pure intent. Speak from your heart, your true heart.
And, there is no question of volume or amount. Perhaps you have only one message to share with the world and that will be the end of it. That is also fine. No judgement.
There is no need for your words to be remembered or all of your words to be touching. Just speak truthfully from your heart in every situation.
