Reset the vibration of your day

You can reset the vibration of your day.

You can reset the vibration of your day at any time.

Your day is yours. How you begin each day is not the only indicator of how the day – the pocket of time we call day – will fill out with your intentions.

There is a belief that you must start each day with an intended purpose, and if you don’t, the day is lost. However, you can change this belief and the outcome of your day.

You can go back and redefine the moments in your day and even use the days that have already passed.

This idea of time being over, or that the time has passed, is limited to the human experience. Yes, you are in human form, but you are also energy, and energy does not limit itself to time. Healing is achieved and propelled forward even when we heal or re-balance our perceived past.

So, this day, how will you spend it? And how will you relive it in your memory? You have a choice to remember any part of the day and to make that memory be the energy from which you remember the day.

You have this power right now.

How do you feel about your day? Are you feeling it has gone well, or maybe not? Do you feel like you are wasting the day?

Stop now and see what juicy nugget of truth or experience you can find. Look for even a tiny spark of joy that has already come through in this day. Choose the juicy nugget, no matter how small, for the rest of your day.

You can reset the vibration of your day at any time. You can reset any day. Right now.

About the Author:

Hi! I’m Marci. I’ve lived in Japan for over 30 years, blending tech, language, and healing in my work. Through caregiving for my father-in-law with Alzheimer’s and supporting my husband’s cancer recovery, I discovered the importance of yoyu—having the time, energy, and emotional reserves to thrive. Now, I share these insights through writing, coaching, and creative projects. My upcoming memoir, Otosan, tells the story of those five transformative years. Let’s connect and create more yoyu in our lives!
